* Brasserie on the Beach:
Brasserie on the Beach is an informal, stylish restaurant offering views of the landscaped garden and pool area. With its private conversation nooks, it is the ideal venue for a quick, casual meal for the busy executive and the family with children alike. Infused with a warm, informal elegance, the cuisine is international with Middle Eastern influences and its open kitchen is accented by a wood-burning oven. The Brasserie's famous Friday brunch is a great way to catch up with family and friends. Seats 130 indoors, 42 on the outdoor terrace.
* Pool Grill:
Overlooking the beautiful poolside as well as the vast expanse of the Arabian Gulf, the Pool Grill offers a haven in which to unwind and relax. Enjoy a cocktail, tasty grilled selection, salad or sandwich. Seats 56.
* Après Spa Café:
Overlooking the poolside and the Arabian Gulf, Après Spa Café offers a casual place to refresh and recharge after a workout or spa treatment. Features a simple menu prepared with the freshest of ingredients. Favourites include a delicious selection of energising drinks and healthy juice combinations. Seats 34 indoors, 16 outdoors.
* Seasons Tea Lounge:
Seasons Tea Lounge has the ambience of a luxurious living room, with its rich wood panelling and profusion of easy chairs and sofas. Its cosy tranquility is perfect for socialising, or for relaxing after a day of business meetings. Light fare offered in the Lounge includes a wide range of specialty coffees and teas, Continental breakfast, Arabic sweets, cocktails and a late-night dessert buffet. A harpist entertains when traditional English afternoon tea is served. Seats 66.
* The Library Bar & Cigar Lounge:
The Library Bar & Cigar Lounge is perfect for enjoying a pre-dinner or late-night drink. Comfortable armchairs, console tables and coffee tables create a library-style club feel. Contemporary cocktails, fine martinis and an extensive range of single malt whiskies are featured, along with a wide selection of wines and champagnes. A light tapas-style snack menu is offered, and a pianist performs in the evening.
* Arabica:
Opening onto the gardens and beach with views of the Arabian Gulf, Arabica is an informal bar where you may enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while reading the newspaper or a selection of magazines. Sandwiches, desserts and ice cream are also offered. Seats 32, plus 5 at the bar.
